HOW WE SOLVED THE PROBLEM

When Kelly first began working with Vattenfall they wanted to become one of the UK's largest wind farm developers.​ However, they didn’t have a HR function to be able to develop their teams.​ As we continued working with them, the challenge changed to Vattenfall wanting a standardised recruitment process, resulting in them going to tender in 2018. Now Vattenfall are not only one of the largest wind farm developers in the UK but have moved onto biomass, hydro, solar and nuclear power too.
