Founded in 2016, SEM Energy now operates dozens of sites utilising its disruptive technology systems to reduce waste across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.

How we solved the problem

When our partnership first began, the core team had to wear a lot of different hats. This is often the case with fast-growing companies. However, with several remote locations to staff, this was a real problem for the Hiring Teams.
